Carleton To Hold Ottawa’s First Jesters University League Match

On Saturday, November 25, 2017, Carleton University will host the first Jesters University League match ever to be held in Ottawa. The Men’s draw will see teams from Queens, McGill, uOttawa and Carleton while the Women’s draw will see teams from Queens (2), McGill and uOttawa.

The Jesters University League continues to be one of the most important programs in Ontario for squash as it will give the opportunity for over 200 University students a chance to continue their careers playing alongside their academic endeavours. The league has doubled in size since it’s inception under League Convenor Alex Carter and will welcome Ottawa University, York University and Laurier and Guelph Women’s Teams as new full time members this coming season.1

Thanks to Maxym Leclair of Squash Outaouais for continuing to help the uOttawa and Carleton Univeristy squash teams get involved in the OUA and to the members of the uOttawa and Carleton University Squash teams for their committment to competing at this level.
