Born in Deep River, ON, in 1991 and educated at West Carleton Secondary School, Ottawa. Member of Goodlife – Queensview. Coaches have been Vihar Joshi (Deep River), Heather Wallace (Ottawa), and Jamie Hickox and Jessica Di Mauro (Toronto). At the present time she is a full time professional, playing on the Professional Squash Association (PSA) circuit.

Accomplishments

  • Won Canadian GU17 (2007), Canadian Women’s Open (2013, 2014, and 2015), and Ontario Women’s Open (2014) titles.
  • Member of Canadian teams at World Junior Team Championships in Hong Kong (2007)  and Chennai, India (2009), and at World Women’s Team Championships in New Zealand (2010), France (2012), and Toronto (2014).
  • Member of Canadian teams at PanAmerican Games in Mexico (2011), which won Team Gold and she won the Singles Silver, and in Toronto (2015), where the team won Silver, and she won a Singles Bronze, and a Women’s Doubles Silver.
  • Member of Canadian teams at Pan-American Junior Championships in Guatemala in 2006 which won the Gold Medal, and in Peru in 2008 (Silver), where she won the Individual Gold.
  • Member of four Canadian teams at Pan-American Championships between 2009 and 2014, which came 2nd (3 times), and 3rd (once). She came 2nd in the Individual event in 2014 in Toluca, Mexico.

  • Played in World Women’s Individual Championship in 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014, reaching the last 16 in 2013.
  • Since turning professional, her several Open title victories include Guatemala (2011), Tasmania (2011), Montreal (2012, 2013), Richmond (2015), and Delaware (2015), while she has been a finalist in at least 5 others.
  • Her skills and geniality have earned her the City of Ottawa Sports Award for squash (from 2005 to 2009 inclusive), the Squash Ontario Jim Mason Fair Play Award (2007), and the world’s Women’s Squash Association Sportsmanship Award (2012).
  • Her highest ranking in the World Rankings was 28, reached in May 2014. Late in 2015, she suffered a serious injury, but hopes to be competing again in September 2016.
